This questions will be examined in module 1, Self-Leadership, as leadership starts with oneself!

We will then explore Team Leadership – building high performing and collaborative teams – and the Leader-Coach role, which has become crucial to develop everyone’s talent.

We will also dive into how organizational cultures and structures can influence leadership – or Leadership in the Ecosystem.

This ground-breaking program is both interactive and personalized, combining the power of social learning (forums, live sessions, experiential group activities) and the effectiveness of a self-directed approach:

  • MBTI questionnaire to understand your personality type and its influence on your leadership style
  • Applied coaching to practice your leadership and identify your own areas of development

RACHEL AMATO

PROFESSOR AFFILIATED TO HEC PARIS EXECUTIVE EDUCATION

Rachel Amato is a senior consultant-coach-facilitator working in organisational change, leadership development and executive coaching. Her consulting work has included missions in strategy, scenario planning, organisation design, post-merger integration, change management, intercultural management, and organisation development. She has coached executives and leadership teams for more than a decade, helping them build their emotional intelligence and their resilience, occupy their roles effectively, and navigate the complexity of their contexts. Based in France, Rachel is bilingual English-French and also works in Spanish.

 

As an Affiliate Professor with HEC Executive Education, Rachel has for 7 years been Co-Director of the Specialised Executive Master’s programme “Consulting and Coaching for Change”, a partnership between HEC Paris and the Saïd Business School, Oxford. Rachel has authored a MOOC on leadership, and published on leadership transitions, organizational transitions, and the human side of mergers.

 

Rachel holds a PhD in Management Studies from HEC Paris focused on the psychosocial dynamics of post-merger integration, an MPhil in Organisational Sociology and Social Psychology from Paris University, an MSc in Management Studies from ESCP Europe, and an MA (Hons) in Modern Languages from Oxford University. A fully trained professional coach (individuals and teams), with International Mozaïk, she is in the process of ICF certification for PCC. She is also qualified in MBTI, Systemic Constellations, Influencer, Belbin Team Roles, and has extensive experience in coaching with the emotional intelligence inventory EQi 2.0 and working with group dynamics.

PATRICK SEASSAU

CONSULTANT IN MANAGEMENT, FINANCE AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

Patrick Seassau spent 15 years in Investment Banking in London before moving 10 years ago into Learning and Development for Executives, more particularly in the world of finance. He set up several development programmes for the top-executives of major institutions and is strongly involved in the design of distance-learning programmes (MOOC). He is a certified MBTI practitioner Steps I and II.

Patrick is a graduate from HEC Paris (France) and Harvard Kennedy School (Boston) where he studied Leadership development (Art and Practice of Leadership Development).
